What You’ll Do

The Digital Analytics Strategist is responsible for the analysis of data collected by various digital platforms, through reports and insights that tie back to business objectives. They focus on delivering actionable insights while improving and automating processes and are constantly working to find new actionable insights to improve results. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Analyze and interpret data
  • Analyze clients’ business and technical needs and conduct analyses of digital properties in order to offer solutions to increase performance and meet objectives
  • Social reporting and insights (including paid, blog, and influencer components)
  • Web reporting and insights
  • Website behavior reporting and insights
  • Investigate ad-hoc requests from team members to identify root causes of potential issues
  • UX dashboard and insights to support information architecture and post website launch
  • Establish benchmarks and projections for digital marketing tactics


What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of two years' experience in web analytics
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, business, computer science, math or statistics
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be a plus
  • Keen interest in data interpretation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a broad knowledge of web development techniques and principles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate technical information using everyday language
  • Knowledge of current Web trends and standards
  • The ability to work across multiple projects without compromising quality
  • Previous agency experience is an asset
